Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or paying for any product on CaseDrill ("CaseDrill", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (pricing, billing cadence, refund eligibility) are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Accounts are authenticated through Firebase. The email address on your account is the same email used at checkout — we gate paid content (BCG cases, Bain modules, Case Library, AI Sim) against that email via our entitlements ledger.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Treat your account email like a payment method — anyone with access has access to what you paid for.
• One account is for one human. Sharing access with team members, classmates, or coaching cohorts is not permitted — each user must purchase their own seat.
• We may suspend accounts that show evidence of credential sharing (concurrent sessions across distant geographies, bulk-download patterns, etc.) without notice.

Subscription products (Case Library Saving at $59 USD per month) auto-renew on the same calendar day each cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file via PayPal until you cancel. (Stripe was retired 2026-04-25 — all current checkout flows use PayPal.)

• Cancellation. Email support@casedrill.com to cancel — we'll stop the next renewal charge and you keep access until the end of your current paid cycle.
• Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, PayPal retries on a schedule. Access pauses while the payment is past-due and resumes the moment the charge succeeds.
• Price changes. Subscription prices can change. We notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect; you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Currency. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee — that fee is between you and your bank.

Lifetime tiers (BCG VIP at $159, Case Library Lifetime at $250) grant permanent access to the product line you purchased. The promise is concrete and bounded:

Rule of thumb: if it's an evolution of what you bought, it's included. If it's a different category of product, it's not.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download cases, transcripts, or question banks. Our content is the product — redistributing it kills the business.
• Resell, sublicense, or post CaseDrill content on other sites, Discord servers, group drives, or coaching businesses.
• Reverse-engineer the AI Sim scoring logic to game your own results or build a competing product.
• Use the platform to harass our coaches, support staff, or other users.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, share session cookies, or otherwise gain access to content you didn't pay for.

Violation = account termination + forfeit of any unused paid time. Egregious violations (commercial resale) may also trigger civil action.

Refund eligibility is documented separately on our Refund Policy. The short version: 7-day money-back on Lifetime tiers, no refunds on subscriptions / per-module / Basic tier (digital delivery is irreversible).

All cases, transcripts, scoring rubrics, AI prompts, illustrations, and branding are owned by CaseDrill or licensed to us. You receive a non-transferable license to use the content for personal interview preparation only.

Notes and recordings YOU create on the platform (e.g. your AI Sim session transcripts, your own notes) belong to you — we'll never claim copyright on your work product.

CaseDrill is interview prep tooling. We don't guarantee you will get a McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, or any other offer. Hiring outcomes depend on factors well outside our control — your background, the firm's headcount, market timing, and the interviewer on the day.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation, though we do our best.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CaseDrill's total liability for any claim arising from the platform is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost interview offers, lost wages, or lost time.

You can close your account anytime by emailing support@casedrill.com. We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. On termination, your access ends; for paid accounts in good standing, the refund policy below applies.
